Collaboration with Chef Jon Adams pairs his kitchen chops with the coffee roasting skills of boyhood friend and business partner, Damien Pileggi, to create and earthy and spicy homage to the Texas panhandle. Combining Rival Bros Whistle & Cuss blend with ingredients such as smoked paprika and balsamic vinegar, Adams and Pileggi replicate the flavors of burnt ends. Think sweet, smoky, earthy, and downright delicious.
